The reason I created
www.cell-phone-prepaid.com is that I wished that there was a site
like this when I was doing my TracFone research. I couldn't find
one, so I decided to build one myself. I hope that you have found
the information here useful!
It's important to note that I am NOT an employee of TracFone, nor do I
have any special "in" with their customer service team.
So if you already own a TracFone and have technical questions, I will not
be able to help you. You will need to go to
www.tracfone.com
and click on the "contact us" link along the left-hand side to access
their customer service pages. You can also contact their customer
service at 800-867-7183.
Here's a special tip if you have already tried contacting their normal
customer service and they weren't able to solve your problem. TracFone has what is called the Executive
Resolutions Department that specializes in handling tough problems.
If the normal customer service reps can't fix your problem, try
contacting this group instead.

PLEASE, though, only contact the Executive Resolutions Group AFTER you
have worked with the normal customer service. The normal customer
service reps can deal with most issues, and that frees up the Executive
Resolutions team to be able to work on only the toughest problems.
It seems that the Executive Resolutions Group also monitors the feedback
left on the
www.planetfeedback.com website. So leaving feedback there is
another way to get the best TracFone customer service reps on your case.
Please understand that I have a day job that is unrelated to
TracFone, and I have a wife and baby at home, and this website is just a
hobby for me (I know, I need to get out more!). Thus my time to
answer emails is very very limited.
Disclaimer: While I have enjoyed creating this website and sharing
my TracFone experience and insights with everyone, I feel it's important
for you to know that I do make money off of certain parts of the

I like their product enough that I have referred my wife's parents,
and even her Grandma to TracFone. If that's not a sign of belief
in TracFone's credibility, I don't know what is! The last thing I
want is cranky mother-in-law blaming me for all of her cell-phone
problems. :-)
One final disclaimer: While I have made every effort to be sure
that the information on this site and in my emails is accurate, I can't

sometimes changes their terms, conditions, and offers, and they don't
